SPECIAL NOTE- OUR CHALLENGE ON AFTER SALES SERVICE- A REAL TASK
Season greetings from SHARDA ENGINEERS, FARIDABAD. We hope and pray that you / your family / staff / all knows are safe in current pandemic situation. Pray for all departed souls and some real loss to our country.
In MARCH 2021 we have been approached by a well known company in NCR – JSL LIFESTYLE, PATHREDI, GURGAON. Almost 3 years back they had purchased a horizontal V grooving machine (TABLE TYPE) directly from CHINA. Surprisingly they did not received any manual / circuit diagram / PLC logic etc from manufacturer and machine was NON OPERATIONAL from last 3 years. On their request we inspected their machine with our sister concern Sarika Engineers and took up this REAL challenge to restart machine. We tried to get help from machine manufacturer but there was no help from them since probably they were expecting huge repair cost / PLC and drives , motors replacement costs. Similarly 4-5 freelancers made efforts and more then actual work they thought off as a opputunity to mint money with NEW PLC/ NEW DRIVES / NEW MOTORS.
We studied whole machine and situation by making efforts for 2 full days. Then we requested customer for a service order (reproduced below- FEW THOUSANDS ONLY) with a token amount (only to cover our costs) — made a appropriate team of service engineers / plc experts. We studied thorughly before actual work day and it worked.
Machine started and is in full working rightnow. For a premium indian customer it was a dead investment from past 3 years —- potential service providers were demanding huge repair and replaced costs— which we could do at nominal cost in few thousands INRs. Not only machine was made operational, we also saved huge costs at customer end. At last we had a very high self satisfaction / esteem and as COUNTRYMAN / INDIAN for a machine which has not been supplied by us and came directly from CHINA. We also take pride on our well established AFTER SALES NETWORK (mainly SARIKA ENGINEERS) & WHOLE TEAM.
Now we are much more confident to deal any situation to support our direct / indirect customers.
In recent pasts we also handled full consultancy role on whole project (Obviously on paid basis) for some of our customers. Where they just shared their end product and also what all manufacturing methods they saw in china— we took various offers jointly with them— studied / compared / selected best of best and closed orders with overseas suppliers. It gives us immense technical satisfaction to work this way too with full transparency with our esteemed customers.

Machine received for Manesar customer was to be displayed in Amtex 2021 but it could not happen due to covid. Now in JUNE month we will organize some open house meetings (weekly) once lockdown opens. Details / schedule will be announced soon by us.
- Cnc sheet and tube laser cutting machine at Kota, Rajasthan
JQ1530C- 1.5 kw -raycus (Combination machine of sheet and tubes) has been commissioned at Kota, Rajasthan with a leading furniture exporter.
- Deratech minibend press brake
we had comissioined Deratech minibend press brake with a leading conveyor system manufacturer in greater noida. 35 tons / 1250 mm.
- CNC Tube laser cutting machine (6022LN)
CNC tube LASER CUTTING MACHINE (1.5 KW RAYCUS) up to 220 mm chuck diameter and 6 meters length with semi auto loader and 3 meter long unloader in JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN. Customer is a leading exporter / manufacturer of high quality FURNITURES all over the world and mainly EUROPE. Machine have been working 20 hours a day. Customer is cutting tubes / L / H /U channels.
- Cnc sheet laser cutting machine (Model- 1530E)
1 kw (Raycus) cnc sheet laser cutting machine at Kalaamb, Himachal Pradesh. Customer is one of largest vendor to OEMs of that area and also for job work. Machine have been working round the clock.
- CNC laser welding machine
1 KW (with wire feeder) laser welding machine at GREATER NOIDA with one of major sheet metal customer. Customer is doing retail outlets and well known name in market. They do LASER welding on M.S./ S.S./ Aluminum regularly.
- Cnc Laser welding machine
1.5 KW handheld laser welding with wire feeder unit. Customer (NCR) is doing critical railway jobs .
- Cnc tube laser cutting machine- 2 No.s
At one major customer of Faridabad our 2 tube laser cutting machines (6 METER long from 16- 160 mm DIA with RAYCUS 1 KW LASER SOURCE) (Executed / Imported / Installed / Commissioned / Trained by US).
Both Machines have been working round the clock to manufacture retail outlet components in mass volumes since commissioning.
