Updates on JUST ended FY 2018-19 and visions on FY ahead 2019- 20
With regular support from our all global channel partners and grace of god we had a very successful FY 2018-19. In this FY we have entered in many long-term partnerships and had experiences of all kinds. From our last 24 years of customers bonding’s we emerged as winner with support of our many customers and channel partners and look forward for more brighter and successful FY 2019-20. Some important updates are as under –
- BLM Group, Italy (https://www.blmgroup.com/it/)
BLM Group, Italy is a well-known TOP CLASS European manufacturer of TUBE processing machines mainly and we support their marketing efforts in NORTH + EAST INDIA. Threw out the year we had worked in many projects and conclusions expected in FY 2019-20. We have been in constant touch with all our existing users. Visited EUROBLECH 2018 / BLM Booth and also all 3 state of art BLM plants in ITALY.
BLM have now 28 machines all over country in all parts and growing.

- DERATECH GROUP, Belgium (www.deratechgroup.com)
DERATECH Group is a well-known global brand for SHEET METAL WORKING machines. In NORTH INDIA now 400 T / 4100 mm CNC press brake in tandem is already working in KAMAL COACHES, JAIPUR since past 4 months and doing critical components.
DERATECH has 18 machines now all over INDIA. Our contact details are being mentioned there in “NORTH INDIA” contact details.

- Tool Grinder for TURRET PUNCH PRESS
For ambit switchgear, Noida we have imported an AUTO TOOL GRINDER and it was commissioned and handed over by us on 28/2/2019 and training was also imparted by us. Ambit has 2 Amada TPPs namely EM2510NT and AE2510NT.

We have got few more orders of same tool grinder and those will be commissioned in Q1 of current FY. In transit now and more details will be in our next publication. There are already 10 similar tool grinders in country working to entire satisfaction of end customers and working with microns accuracies.
- Press brake tooling’s from EUROSTAMP, Italy
We have representation rights of EUROSTAMP, Italy in NORTH INDIA which is a well-known supplier of PRESS BRAKE TOOLINGS having a vast range.
- JQ Laser, China
We represent JQ Laser, China and in last few weeks itself we could get success in form of orders and deposits. Soon we will have few more JQ Laser cutting machines in NCR (One conk tube laser cutting machine of 1 KW with loader and unloaded) and also one sheet laser cutting machine with 1.5 KW IPG laser power source.
They already have more than 15 machines in INDIA working to entire satisfaction of customers.
We are also participating in BLECH INDIA with them in MUMBAI later this month (on 25th / 26th / 27th April, 2019) and invite you to visit this exhibition.
- Laser cutting machines and welding machines for critical applications
We have provided consultancy services for critical laser cutting and welding machines and few machines are in transit. More details in our next publication.
- Used machines –
Due to our broad network we get details of USED SHEET METAL WORKING MACHINES regularly including TURRET PUNCH PRESSES / PRESS BRAKES / SHEARING MACHINES / LASER CUTTING MACHINES / OTHERS at regular intervals and we share it with our customers.
We had some deals at right market price and need to satisfaction of BUYERS and SELLERS and will keep on doing so.
- CNC Gas / Plasma Cutting Machines
As per customer application we can supply CNC Gas / plasma cutting machines in any configurations.
- Mechanical (C frame / Ring frame / H frame presses) and Hydraulic presses –
Due to our past background, major market is well known to us and we have supplied correct machines (MECHANICAL as well as HYDRAULIC machines) as per customer applications & some were quite demanding.
- Tooling’s for TURRET PUNCH PRESSES, PRESS BRAKES, SHEAR BLADES-
We have been working in these application areas regularly with right and cost effective solutions.
- Services, maintenance, AMCs of critical sheet metal working machines –
Time to time we have provided our assistance to various customers and support in all forms with right advice.
- Cut to length and slitting lines –
We have some best solutions for NARROW / WIDE cut to length lines and also slitting lines and in discussions with few customers currently for same.
- CNC plate drilling applications
For applications of plate drilling like crusher filter plates, we have solutions from best part of globe.
- Consultancy services –
As per latest global manufacturing trends, we have provided CONSULTANCY SERVICES to improve manufacturing, to cut down production costs. We have successfully implemented many innovative ideas for lean manufacturing and worked in critical areas for overall improvements for WIN situation.
