POST IMTEX – 2020 (We had displayed CNC TUBE LASER CUTTING MACHINE / CNC SHEET LASER CUTTING MACHINE / CNC LASER WELDING MACHINE).
We have already installed and commissioned a 6 meter long tube laser cutting machine (Model- JQ 6016 L with 16- 160 mm dia in SVARN INFRATEL, FARIDABAD. First machine is already working round the clock and second machine will be comissioed in first week of March – 2020). With 2 machines side by side, it is a great reference for us in NORTH INDIA market.
B- sheet metal cutting machine (open table- 1 kw) has been installed and commissioned with a prominent NORTH INDIA customer.
C – CNC Laser welding machine has been installed and commissioned with a known NORTH INDIA customers. INDIAN CUSTOMERS are replacing MIG and TIG welding traditional weldings with Laser welding with very clean lines and no need for grinding. It is a latest welding trend.
Recently we had also installed and commissioned a CNC SHEET LASER CUTTING MACHINE (1.5 KW with pallet changer and covers) at AC BROTHERS, MORADABAD. Both machines have been commissioned and handed over.
Also fully automatic TUBE LASER CUTTING MACHINE with AUTO LOADER (4 TON TUBES) and UNLOADER has been installed and commissioned in SAHIBABAD AREA.
For all above very recent installations we will share videos and pictures in our next edition. Samples are available with us and do u wants to visit any of installations before finalising order, we will be pleased to arrange the same.
